Lot’s of people could use a hand finding a job these days, it’s tough all over. You always want to find the best candidate for the job, but stating that you prefer post-secondary for a part-time, entry level position at the dump seems a little bit non-inclusive.

I’m torn by this. I understand the need to save money by limiting the dump hours, but this factor, plus higher disposal costs, makes it much more likely that we’ll see garbage strewn all over our beautiful rural landscape. Though I personally can’t imagine dropping so much as a gum wrapper anywhere other than the trash can, the amount of trash to be found on the roadsides will likely only increase with this measure.
